Returns

  • We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (such as intimates or final sale items) may be non-returnable. These will be clearly marked.

How the Return Process Works

  • Return addresses vary by supplier, so we’re unable to provide a single return address upfront.
  • Once you request a return, we handle everything for you.
  • Within 1–2 business days, we will process your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  • The label will include the correct return address and simple shipping instructions.

Refunds

  • After your item is shipped back and received, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 weeks total from delivery.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective item.

  • Please do not return items without first contacting us, as returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed.
  • We ask that customers wait for the provided return label to ensure a smooth and accurate return.
